How to catch the Ferry
Use our timetable and map to help you find the Ferry Stops and what time to be there.
Stand at the landing stage and give the ferry a wave so they know to pick you up
When the ferry comes to you, board when the crew has tied up the boat (they're happy to help if you're not steady on your feet!)
Pick where you want to go, ask for a single, return or a day ticket. The crew will work out your fare.
Remember to state if you have any concessionary passengers amongst you, the crew don't like to assume anybody's age!
Where does it go?
We have 16 different stops along the Floating Harbour, our most popular ones being by Temple Meads Station, City Centre, Brunel's s.s.Great Britain and Hotwells. Observe the Google Map for accurate marking

Our crew work incredibly hard, especially over the Summer period. If you are able, please collapse any buggies or pushchairs for speedy boarding.
We only accept cash on the ferry boats, and if you know your destination and ticket type, please let the crew know and have change at hand.
