Thank you for your interest in supporting Bristol Community Ferry Boats

Bristol Ferry Boats is a not-for-profit, community-owned organisation and our iconic yellow ferryboats have been a familiar sight around Bristol’s waterways for more than 40 years. 

We rely on the generous support of our customers, supporters and shareholders to run our waterbus service, as well as offering private and public trips around Bristol's beautiful harbour. 

By becoming a Ferry Supporter you will be helping to ensure that our ferries can remain in the water for many years to come, as well as provide extensions to our existing services

There are 4 options of membership open to you:

Ferry Supporter – By donating £2 a month you will be supporting the maintenance of one of our passenger ferries.

Flotilla Supporter – With this subscription costing £5 per month you will support the maintenance of 3 of our vessels.

Fleet Supporter – Donating £10 a month will help us to maintain the full fleet of Bristol Ferries vessels and potential to provide new services.

Lifetime Supporter – For a one-off fee of £300 you’ll support the our whole fleet forever and opportunities to make our services accessible to an even wider audience.

All of our memberships entitle the member to a quarterly digital newsletter which will include special discounts and offers on our waterbus service, public and private trips. 

Each quarter with every membership we offer a free gift, allowing us to say thank you for your support. 

The gifts associated with each membership are:

Ferry Supporter – An Adult Round Trip ticket for our waterbus service.

Flotilla Supporter – An Adult Day Rider Trip ticket for our waterbus service.

Fleet Supporter – A Family Pass Day Rider Trip ticket for our waterbus service.

Lifetime Supporter – A Family Pass Day Rider Trip ticket for our waterbus service, with the option of being invited into becoming a Member of the Ferry Family, which gives you discounts across all of our services and invites you to our AGM.

Terms & Conditions

Please choose your membership type from the menu. 

You’ll be prompted to enter your card details through the checkout page and these will be stored securely on our payment gateway Stripe.  We do not have access to or store this data. 

Subscription to the scheme takes a regular payment from your card each month. Our Payment Service Provider is Stripe – an independent payment service provider (PSP) used by millions of businesses of all sizes in 120 countries.  

Stripe will take payment from your card on the same date each month and will show on your bank statement as BRISTOL FERRY. 

You can cancel a Ferry, Flotilla or Fleet subscription at any time. 

To cancel you can login to your Bristol Ferry Account, click on subscriptions and then click auto renew OFF.  Alternatively you can email info@bristolferry.com and include your full name and address and your reason for cancelling.

Bristol community Ferry Boats reserve the right to change the type of quarterly gifts issued based on their availability.
