Summer 2010, we hope will be full of sunshine join us on the water for a host of events

DOWN THE DOCKS AND UP THE CUT

These public trips are back by popular demand, local historian John Penny's superb commentary; is clearly the highlight of the event! Along with the novelty of pedestrians stopping in their tracks to watch in astonishment as the boat passes by! Plenty of bridges to pass under and familiar landmarks to identify from unusual angles!

With the second highest tidal range in the world the trip requires meticulous timing by the skipper to ensure there is enough water beneath the boat and also sufficient clearance under the bridges.....hence the rare nature of the trip!

Eager anticipation as Brigantia departs the City Centre landing stage

With a drink in hand (from the onboard bar) the bridge identifying begins!
