Private Trips - The Booking Process

FOR AN EXACT QUOTE details such as size of party / day of week / time of day / length of trip are essential.

Once you have decided you would like to book....

we take a PROVISIONAL booking

we then pencil your trip in our diary
we issue a booking form, with terms and conditions
this allows you time to discuss arrangements with your party, firm up numbers, collect money.
this reserves the boat for a two week period.
NB: If anyone else enquires about the availability of your boat at the time of your trip we will always call you first to see if you wish to proceed with the booking.
once you are happy to proceed....

now we take your deposit (we accept payment by debit/credit card over the phone, or if not then cheque)
we require you to read the terms and conditions
then sign and return the booking form to us
for organisations it is possible to issue you an invoice, but please ask us about this when booking

Payment of your deposit confirms the booking. Deposits are £100 for all trips, except guided tours which are £50.
Balance is payable at least one month prior to your trip date

Please note that prices quoted are related to the particular boat and its maximum capacity.
Changes to your party numbers may result in the necessity of a change of boat AND or price.

Bars are available on request. Drinks preferences are for guidelines to help us stock the bar. We aim to cater as closely as possible to your needs. You can choose from:
Bath Ales Organic lager, Gem beer and Weston’s Cider, Australian Red and White wine, Alco-pops, various spirits (vodka, whisky, gin, Bacardi, Soft drinks; orange, diet coke, coke, lemonade, tonic water.
We do not allow parties to bring their own alcohol on board.
Not applicable to open boats.

There are a number of caterers we use regularly and can highly recommend, please do ask us for menus, or you can find some on our website.
We ask that you let us know who you intend to use. All arrangements and payment should then be made directly with the caterers you have selected.
They will co-ordinate with us on delivering food to us prior to your trip.

You are also welcome to bring your own food on board. (There is a small charge to cover clearing up costs).

Our choice of CD however may not be yours !, so to maximise your enjoyment we recommend you bring your own.

you are welcome to provide a limited number of decorations, however we request no party poppers or confetti to be used on board.
